Haunt Free in US Until July 2

June 27, 2012 by Jen Shaffer

Worth every penny!

Most of the time you have to pay good money to look like a fool while playing the Kinect. Now, Microsoft is giving you the chance to channel your inner wacky-waving-inflatable-arm-flailing-tube man for free.

From now until July 2nd, gamers can download the Xbox Live Arcade title Haunt for free via the Kinect Central homepage on the dashboard. Unfortunately, this promotion is US exclusive, so not everyone can have the zen experience of throwing your arms in the air like you might not care.

Haunt was invented by NanaOn-Sha, who you might remember as the creator of the Parappa the Rapper series. This family-friendly PG horror romp through a dark house on a stormy night does not feature any singing onions. That should speak volumes about the quality of this title.

Once July 2nd rolls around, the promotion ends, so be sure to try out Haunt for free while you can.
