EA has confirmed it's bringing back Need for Speed: Most Wanted to current-generation consoles.
The game is included in the publisher's E3 line-up, which also confirms Dead Space 3. As expected, Criterion Games will be returning to the development helm for Need for Speed: Most Wanted. The studio is behind 2008's excellent Burnout Paradise, as well as 2010's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit. The rest of the line-up, meanwhile, is as follows:
- Battlefield 3: Close Quarters
- Battlefield 3: Armored Kill
- Crysis 3
- FIFA 13
- Madden NFL 13
- Medal of Honor: Warfighter
- NBA Live 13
- NCAA Football 13
- NHL 13
- SimCity
- Star Wars: The Old Republic
Other than the confirmation of the developer, no other details for Need for Speed: Most Wanted was divulved. Both Dead Space 3 and the racer will be fully unveiled during EA's E3 press conference on Monday at 1 PM PDT.
