Sega’s iconic character and fan favorite hedgehog could be seeing a whole lot more crossover video games after suggestions were made through Sega’s latest survey questions. From the looks of things, Sega may be interested in putting Sonic in other company brands outside of just Nintendo.
Thanks to a post at GameSpot, we recently found out that Sega released a new survey to its followers. Overall, the most interesting aspect of the survey had to deal with their iconic character Sonic. Apparently, it seems as if Sega is getting a gauge at fan reactions on if Sonic appeared in other company video games outside of Nintendo as Sonic has appeared in a few Mario based video games along with Super Smash Bros.
Within the survey, Sega asks in particular what crossovers would interest gamers. These brands outside of Nintendo include Disney, Dragon Ball Z, Capcom, Pixar, My Little Pony, among several others.
Later within the very same survey, Sega narrows the characters down more specifically. Some of the characters that Sega asks fans if they would like to play a Sonic based crossover game with included Kirby, Mickey Mouse, Crash Bandicoot, Ryu, Link, Pikachu, and Mega-Man.
While there is no official word just yet from Sega if we will see a new Sonic crossover video game, we want to hear your take on the matter. Would you play a Sonic crossover video game with any of the brands of characters mentioned above? Let us know which, if any, by dropping a comment down below.
