WWE fans expect a new game to drop annually. There’s WWE 2K25, which is still supported. However, that support should be winding down here shortly. There’s one more DLC drop coming to the game tomorrow. After that, all eyes should be on what’s coming next. And that game that should be coming next is WWE 2K26.
The new thrilling installment to the wrestling franchise is already underway. It’s something that all of us were expecting, but so far, we haven’t seen anything on the upcoming installment. That will be the case for a little while longer. However, news has been unveiled that WWE 2K26 is coming our way, and we should have it in our hands before March 31, 2026.
WWE 2K26 Launch Window Revealed
Take-Two Interactive recently held an earnings report. That was to give investors a look at what to expect. Of course, the big news that surrounded this earnings call was the news on Grand Theft Auto VI’s delay. So, it’s not surprising that some games and updates are a bit slow to spread around online.
One of the news pieces that emerged online was the WWE 2K26 launch window, which is set for Q4 FY2026. This means it should be with us by March 31, 2026, at the latest. Thanks to SmackDown Hotel on X, we’re learning that not only is there a launch window, but also news of more information coming soon. We don’t know exactly when the first marketing materials will arrive, but they are apparently in the works.
But again, before we get our hands on WWE 2K26, we still have some content heading our way for WWE 2K25. For those unaware, a new pack is coming to the game called Saturday Night’s Main Event. This pack will include some additional wrestlers that you can add to the roster. Those additions include Jesse Ventura, Mr Wonderful Paul Orndorff, Tito Santana, Junkyard Dog, and lastly Sid Justice. Again, that pack will arrive tomorrow, and it will likely be marketed a good little bit before we see the transition over to WWE 2K26.
