Ghost of Yotei fans are getting another big look at the upcoming game. We briefly saw this title during the last Sony PlayStation State of Play event. The only thing to note from that appearance was that we would soon receive a deep dive. Well, now we can officially mark on our calendars that Ghost of Yotei’s deep dive showcase will take place on July 10, 2025. Here’s when you need to tune in!
We’ve been waiting for our next big look at the game, and it’s set to stream on July 10, 2025, at 5 PM ET. We didn’t get too many official details about what exactly the stream will feature. Instead, it was just a brief little announcement made through the official PlayStation Blog. Overall, we know that the stream will take approximately twenty minutes to complete.
We also know that creative directors Jason Connell and Nate Fox will be hosting this stream. All that we know so far is that we’re going to get a little more about Atsu’s quest for vengeance. We’ll get a look at some of her new weapons at disposal, new ways to personalize your journey, new special modes, and more.

So, while we’ll only get twenty minutes of footage with this stream, it appears to be quite packed with different aspects of the game. Fortunately, we’re not waiting long now before we’ll get to sit in on the stream. However, in the grand scheme of things, we’re also not waiting much longer before we can get our hands on the game.
Currently, Ghost of Yotei is set to launch on October 2, 2025. If you haven’t been following this game, it’s a standalone sequel to Ghost of Tsushima. Set several hundred years after the events of the first game, we’re following a new character named Atsu who is out for revenge. A group of outlaws known as the Yotei Six had slaughtered her family and left Atsu pinned to a burning tree. Managing to survive this ordeal, Atsu sets out on a quest to locate each member of the Yotei Six.
Again, while Ghost of Tsushima is available on PC, the only platform currently scheduled to receive this standalone sequel is the PlayStation 5. While we wait for the deep dive gameplay stream, you can take a look at one of the marketing trailers released so far in the video below.
