Battlefield 1’s Trailer, Recreated In Grand Theft Auto V

With a bonus 1942 music trailer.

Grand Theft Auto V might take place in a different era than Battlefield 1 but with blimps and biplanes, YouTuber J57F aka 57chevy150 has managed to recreate the trailer for DICE’s upcoming World War 1 shooter.

Recreating the battlefields of Europe in sunny Los Santos is surprisingly effective.

For reference, you can watch the original trailer here. 2kliksphilip has also mixed the Battlefield 1 trailer with the music from Battlefield 1942 and it’s a good mix.

The game is set for release on October 21st and is in development for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

EA has defended the decision to launch the title and Titanfall 2 during the busy autumn season where they’ll also have to fend off competition from Activision in the form of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.

The game’s collector’s edition has already been revealed, as well as details of the title’s maps, classes, vehicles, and mounts.
