This spring, the game of golf is getting a vast upgrade. Today Sony and Three Fields Entertainment have announced the upcoming release of Dangerous Golf, a physics-based arcade style title coming to PlayStation 4. Described as an experiment in mixing "the attitude of Burnout with the destruction of Black whilst powering up a golf ball and setting it on fire", the game pits the player against the environment, tallying up damage as they smash and burn their way to victory. In development with Unreal Engine 4 by a small but vastly experienced team, Dangerous Golf will have over 100 holes in indoor and outdoor locations, including a hotel kitchen, a rural gas station, and a "glittering palace ballroom".
