North American and European MMO lovers, get excited: Black Desert Online is now available for pre-order. The actual game doesn’t hit shelves until early 2016, but you can get a head start and get your copy now (that is, if you haven’t run out of money after buying every other game that’s come out in the last few weeks).
BDO will not be based on a subscription model, however. It also won't be free-to-play as it is in Asia. Players can choose from one of the following three price schemes (for the European pricing, just mentally change the $ to a €):
Traveler’s Package ($30): the digital version of the game, a 7-day guest pass, access to the game 24 hours early, 1 appearance change coupon.
Explorer’s Package ($50): the digital version of the game, two 7-day guest passes, access to the game 48 hours early, access to one beta test, 1 appearance change coupon, a tier three horse, one pet of choice, a unique weapon skin.
Conqueror’s Package ($100): the digital version of the game, three 7-day guest passes, exclusive access to both beta tests, 1 appearance change coupon, access to the game 96 hours early, one pet of choice, a tier five horse, unique weapon skin and costume, and 2500 Pearls (worth $25).
