Fallout 4 SPECIAL Video Series Concludes by Looking at Luck

October 21, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Like finding a four leaf radioactive clover.

Fallout 4's final SPECIAL video is out, and it explains the benefits of investing your character's skill points in the Luck attribute.

Luck opens up certain new dialogue options, increases the chance of hitting your target in VATS, and improves the frequency and type of the loot you discover.

The previous videos in the series have looked at Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, and Agility. All of these attributes comes with their own unique perks and more details about SPECIAL system can be found here.

Fallout 4 launches on November 10th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. It will be the first game in the series in which the protagonist lived before the nuclear war of 2077 and remembers what life was like before the bombs fell. Once the air raid sirens blare out their warnings, your characters rushes to Vault 111, only to emerge as the only survivor some 200 years later.

The game takes place in Boston and you can compare some of the in-game locations to their real-life counterparts.
