Bethesda and id Software are now accepting signups for the Doom Multiplayer Closed Alpha test. The test invites players to shoot their friends in a variety of competitive settings.
If you bought or pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order on or before May 26, 2014, you'll be able to get in provided that you still have the code you received with your copy of the game. If you bought the game on Steam, you can simply sign in through Steam on the signup page and the system will check to see if you're eligible for entry.
The upcoming reboot of Doom will take players back into the world that spawned the FPS genre over 20 years ago. It's set for release on the PC, Xbox One and PS4 in 2016.
