Is Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Coming To Xbox Consoles & Gamepass?

March 21, 2022 by Dani Cook

Are you hoping to play Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands on Xbox?

Borderlands fans are only a few days away from the launch of the series spin-off Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. The upcoming action RPG is developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K Games. It is a successor to the Borderlands DLC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, and is set directly after the events of the expansion. In line with previous games in the franchise, the game will offer online or local split-screen multiplayer and will feature first-person shooter gameplay.

As the Borderlands games have become incredibly popular with fans all over the world, it makes sense that players across all consoles would be hoping to enjoy this next installment. The first Borderlands game premiered in 2009 on the PS3 and Xbox 360, with its sequel doing the same in 2012. Borderlands 3 similarly launched on the PS4 and Xbox One in 2019, later releasing on next-gen consoles in 2020. So, let’s find out if Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will follow suit and release on Xbox consoles and possibly Game Pass.

Can gamers find Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands on Xbox consoles and Game Pass?

According to 2K Games, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is set to launch on both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. This is great news for Borderlands fans who prefer using Microsoft’s gaming consoles. When it comes to Game Pass, as the action RPG is not developed by Microsoft or a Microsft-owned studio, Tiny Tina’s Wonderland will not be available on the subscription service on launch day.

Unfortunately, none of the previous Borderlands games are currently on Game Pass. The last time any Borderlands games were on the service was about two years ago when the subscription offered members Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. If this is anything to go by, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands most likely won’t show up on Game Pass for at least a couple of years, if ever. So, rest assured that purchasing Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is not money down the drain as it will be the only way to play the highly anticipated title.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will officially debut on March 25 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
