Fallout Shelter Gets Its First Fallout 4 Guest Character

June 30, 2015 by Vanessa Lopa

Should probably work on getting the previous Fallout characters while waiting for more Legendary Dwellers to be added to the roster.

Fallout Shelter, the unexpectedly successful mobile game from developer Bethesda, is giving players a taste of what they’ll get in Fallout 4.

Preston Garvey of the Commonwealth Minutemen makes his appearance in Fallout Shelter as a Vault dweller, an unlockable in the currently iOS-only game. This guest character will come equipped with a laser musket (his Fallout 4 weapon), which you can toss over to another dweller if you’d rather keep Garvey safe. You’ll find him in the game’s lunchboxes, whether you earn them or buy them.

The Fallout Shelter Legendary Dwellers roster will probably get filled as the months roll on, leading up to the Fallout 4 launch scheduled for November 10th. It’ll be available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
