We have some new rumors that heavily lean on Fallout 4 being announced by or at E3. This comes to us courtesy of YouTuber MrMattyPlays, whom you can talk to here.
Industry insider shinobi602 seems highly convinced that Fallout 4 will have a presence of some sort at E3 this year, based on his answers to some fan questions.
@El_David_PR I would say that's a safe assumption.

Three days ago, shinobi602 stated that it is a safe assumption that the game will be appearing at E3. Note that he didn’t say it was possible, or likely, but that it was safe.

And then, a few hours ago, he received a similar question, this time asking him to rate the chances that the game will be at E3, from a scale of 1 to 10. His answer? An 11.
Shinobi602 has not been wrong before, so a lot of fans have a lot of confidence in his statement now. It seems likely that his role in the industry is somewhere in the marketing or promotional end. He has always been blunt about his leaks, and he does not make a habit of overpromising. He is also straightforward when he has to say he does not know about something.
To make a long story short, it seems now reasonable to expect Fallout 4 will be announced by E3. Of course, it’s not impossible for Bethesda to reveal the game before then, but for a game this popular, E3 seems like the perfect place to announce it.
