Pokkén Tournament is an upcoming fighting game featuring various monsters from the popular Pokemon series. The game currently features a 2015 release date, but information pertinent to the title has been very difficult to find. The game won't be available for purchase on consoles, because it's going to be released first as an arcade game in Japan. It's possible that the game will make its way to consoles at a later date, most likely gracing the likes of Nintendo's Wii U or Nintendo 3DS.
GameXplain has made a video analyzing the latest Pokkén Tournament trailer. In this he discusses one of the newest revelations regarding Pokkén Tournament, which is the inclusion of a leveling system. Individual Pokemon will get stronger as you spend more time playing with them. This leads us to believe that the levels of each Pokemon will reset after an individual has failed out of or beaten the game's main campaign.
