So here's a trailer for Version2Games' PSN-bound game with cars in it called Smash 'n' Survive. I would really love to believe that this is some kind of homage to the original Destruction Derby, but I somehow doubt that very much. The car design is cool and everything, but this is a pre-rendered, gussied-up trailer, and I think we all know the game itself is going to look nothing like this.
I hope the trailer didn't cost too much to have produced, as it didn't really do anything for me in terms of turning me on to the game…other than getting me to notice it, of course! Come on, Version2Games, the world needs a new Destruction Derby.
