The ESRB rating synopsis for Dragon Age 3: Inquisition shares some very spoilery details on the game’s adult content. There is no doubt that Bioware has taken the sex and sexual depictions in the game to the next level. If you were wondering how the game earned its M rating, it is probably not for its violence.
Here are some details from the ESRB synopsis:
· a female character briefly depicted in front of a man's torso (fellatio is implied)
· characters depicted topless or with exposed buttocks while lying in bed or after sex
· some dialogue referencing sex/sexuality (e.g., “'I will bring myself sexual pleasure later, while thinking about this with great respect'” and “The way your t*ts bounce when I pin your arms and take you on the side of the bed…”)
· The words “f**k,” “sh*t,” and “a*shole” appear in dialogue.
So, the game may feel like softcore porn for many players. Of course, Bioware did not make this the central focus of the game, and it is not even integral or necessary to the game’s storyline.
However, for people who like the game for its romance options, and have always fantasized about seeing them play out in more detail, Inquisition promises to leave practically nothing to the imagination. In fact, since Bioware has even opened up the chances for same sex romances between you and your party members, this game promises to satisfy everyone, regardless of gender, sex, or preference.
Dragon Age 3: Inquisition will be released on November 18 on Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
