Ubisoft has shared new character profile art for the men of Assassin’s Creed: Rogue.
Haytham Kenway is the first grand master of the Templar Order’s Colonial Rite, the son of Edward Kenway and a direct ancestor to Desmond Miles. While he was raised since birth to be an Assassin by his father Edward Kenway, he was to be converted into a Templar by Reginald Birch shortly after Edward’s death. If you have played Assassin’s Creed 3, of course, you already know about Haytham and his final fate. This game covers the events prior to that game.
Achilles Davenport was also in Assassin’s Creed 3, at that time a former assassin and mentor to Connor Kenway. Before that, he was mentor to the Colonial Assassin Brotherhood, and was witness to and survivor of the Templar attack that destroyed the Colonial Assassins in 1763. He was spared after being forced to resign as an Assassin. It would seem that in his position, he would hold a major role in the events ofAssassin’s Creed: Rogue.
Adewale was a contemporary and comrade of Haytham’s father, Edward Kenway. He was Edward’s first quartermaster, when Edward was captain of the Jackdaw, and he also helped Edward find his way as an Assassin, after he converted earlier. Adewale was murdered in 1758, but the details of that murder have remained undisclosed. Perhaps, playing Shay, you will be able to carry out this execution yourself.
Assassin’s Creed: Rogue will be released on November 11 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and early 2015 on Windows.
