Android users can now sign up for The Witcher Battle Arena's closed beta which is exclusive to devices using Google's OS.
Battle Arena is CD Projekt RED's entry into the MOBA space, and is set in the same universe as The Witcher games on PC and consoles.
The developer has insisted that the game will not feature pay-to-win elements and everything in the game can be unlocked through normal gameplay.
When it launches, players involved in the closed beta will be able to test out the game's features which will help CD Projekt RED and developer Fuero Games “fix potential netcode issues and further refine in-game features.”
Battle Arena's closed beta will allow players to test up to eight heroes on two maps in conquest mode and create RPG-like player profiles.
“It doesn’t matter if you’re new to MOBA games or The Witcher universe, we’ve made a lot of effort to create a fun experience for everyone," Benjamin Lee, producer for mobile games at CD Projekt RED, commented in a press release.
The Witcher Battle Arena is set for release later this year for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
