Microsoft has begun rolling out its September update for the Xbox One which overhauls the system's Party App and introduces the digital TV tuner feature to Europe. Those in the update preview program have access to it now while everyone else will need to wait a few weeks.
Announced at gamescom, the update has been detailed on the Xbox Wire and brings the following:
- Overhauled party app.
- New friends section.
- USB compatible Media Player.
- Xbox One digital TV tuner in Europe.
- TV streaming to SmartGlass.
- Boot to TV.
- The chance to save your Avatar Gamerpic.
