In a post on PlayStation Europe's blog, Krillbite Studios announced that their game Among the Sleep will be available on the PlayStation 4 with Project Morpheus support for a VR experience.
People first heard about this game back in 2012 and it has been in development ever since. "Among the Sleep is a first person horror adventure where you play as a two-year-old. You’re vulnerable, scared, and trying to make sense of the world. It explores horror through atmosphere and exploration, not with scores and combat system," the game is briefly described in the blog.
The developer sought out Kickstarter to get the funds for the game. Fortunately, they surpassed their target goal and that has allowed them to pursue their stretch goals.
While the PS4 release wasn't available during the time of the campaign, the studio promised that it is working on a plan that'll give backers a fair deal on the PS4 version. It won't be the only platform utilizing VR technology though since the PC version will have Oculus Rift support.
You can download the PC demo for free while we wait for the game. However, we will update this story once we know more about the game.
