Can’t Play Titanfall? Xbox One, Xbox 360 Experiencing Service Issues

March 25, 2014 by Josiah Renaudin

Both of Microsoft’s consoles are currently struggling to play major releases.

If you were hoping to slip your shoes off, grab a seat, and prepare for Titanfall until the wee hours of the morning, you might want to make a change of plans. Both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 are experiencing service issues, according to the Xbox Support website.

What’s being affected at this time? Expect problems when accessing all game features, retrieving data stored using cloud storage, capturing game videos, joining Live members in online games posting game performance, and viewing the performance of other Xbox Live members. The most recent update mentions both Forza 5 and Titanfall as software affected by the outage.

“If you're running into connectivity issues with Titanfall or Forza 5, we are aware of the difficulties and are currently hard at work trying to get them fixed,” Microsoft’s statement reads.

We’ll make sure to update this post as new information is disbursed.
