Reddit user Zenitharr has compiled a table of The Elder Scrolls Online's runes which can be used for enchantments and you can check out a full size version of the image here.
Each rune is translated and the properties provided are also marked as well as gear level and other enhancements associated with the runes.
Enchanting is one of six professions in The Elder Scrolls Online. It allows player to improve armour, weapons, and jewelry by adding new effects. An Enchanter does not modify items directly; instead he creates glyphs that can be applied to items. Aside from modifying your own items, you can also earn gold selling rare glyphs to other players.

The PC version of the game is set for release on April 4th and that edition will be followed in June with PS4 and Xbox One releases. Regardless of platform, Bethesda is charging $60 for the game along with a $15 per month subscription fee every month after the first 30 days.
