While players can easily watch Twitch.tv streams from their Xbox One consoles, it looks like broadcasting capabilities will arrive much later than initially expected.
To update the estimated arrival for the Xbox One Twitch direct broadcasting feature, the Twitch.tv support Twitter account says Microsoft provided no reference for the application's launch date. Although the Xbox One launched without the feature back in November, Twitch says to "expect a few more months" before anything happens.
Xbox One Direct Broadcasting: There is no ETA at this time from Microsoft. Expect a few more months. If we know sooner, we'll update.

Microsoft first showed off the Twitch.tv broadcasting at E3 this past June. Despite showing off the feature before launch, Microsoft did not provide a timeframe for the feature's arrival outside of the vague "2014" window.
As Microsoft continues to work to bring Twitch broadcasting, Twitch.tv is now developing livestream archives for the PlayStation 4 and possibly the Xbox One. Sony confirmed that the archives should come in the future, but Microsoft has only considering archiving as a possibility.
