We have information collated from a survey of GTA Online players regarding their high end apartments of choice. The data is a few steps short of being collated to draw definite conclusions, but what’s indicated here should be of interest to current and incoming players.
The most popular apartments are in Eclipse Towers, followed by Weasel Plaza and Tinsel Towers. These properties range from over $ 250,000 to $ 400,000.
The highest ranking apartment is also the most expensive. Apartment 31 in Eclipse Towers satisfied as much as 72 % of respondents. Interestingly, its $ 400,000 price tag was itself the most important factor taking it. It seems those who could afford it took it as a status symbol. Almost 1/4th of all respondents bought this apartment, the clear majority pick.
The other Eclipse Towers apartments also overwhelmingly satisfied those respondents who took it. For these next three apartments, price became a significantly smaller factor. View was the reason players picked Apartments 9 and 40, while location was the reason for choosing Apartment 5.
As comments point out, price isn’t necessarily the best reason for picking apartments, and many players were satisfied with the 3rd and 4th picks for apartment complexes, Tinsel Towers and Richards Majestic. Strategically, of course, a well placed high end apartment in general will help you hide from the fuzz, while at the same time keep you in the know if they’re still after your head.
