Need for Speed Rivals Trailer Showcases New ‘AllDrive’ System

The new ‘AllDrive’ system in Need for Speed Rivals is showcased in this newly released trailer.

EA Games and Ghost Games have put together a new trailer for the upcoming racing game, Need for Speed Rivals, this time showcasing the game's "AllDrive" feature, which aims to unify both its single- and multiplayer modes without any transitions in-between.

In practice, it will be possible to challenge any competitor on the road when they pass nearby.

The video also showed different aspects of the game: interceptor events, head to head races, race events, hot pursuits, hideouts, and being busted by the cops.

The trailer depicts players street racing against each other, and also against the cops, who can initiate takedowns on their vehicles.

Need for Speed Rivals is set for a November 19 release date on the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and next-gen platforms including the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. It'll be out on November 22 in Europe.
