Hideo Kojima has taken to Twitter to say Grand Theft Auto 5 makes him "depressed" adding that he does not believe Metal Gear Solid 5 can match Rockstar's game.
"GTA V" new trailer was awesome! This free control is future of the game, way higher than anywhere, makes me depress as matter fact.(cont..)

I don't think our "V" can reach that level. Rockstar's team are the best. W/o question they will pull up the possibility of game.

The first ever gameplay trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 was released earlier this week and both titles are open-world games. Grand Theft Auto 5 is set to be released on PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 17th while Metal Gear Solid 5 is being developed for both current and next-gen consoles but does not currently have a release date.
Grand Theft Auto 5 is set in Los Angeles inspired city of Los Santos while Metal Gear Solid 5 is headed to Afghanistan in 1984.
If you missed it, you can watch the extended E3 trailer for Metal Gear Solid 5 here. How do you think the two games will compare?
