Paradox Interactive have released a new trailer for Leviathan: Warships and announced they'll be streaming the game on Twitch TV at 11:00 PDT or 19:00 BST.
In the 'Jazzy Pre-Order Trailer' we're treated to, as the name suggests, plenty of jazz music relaying information about the game's strategic turn based naval combat.
"Blow up some ships, you've earned it," says the trailer's narrator. Warships comes with four game modes and allows players to edit their vessels to add guns, armour and so on. Gamers can also compete against players on other platforms. You'll "ship yourself" apparently when you become the "boat boss", you're also warned that you'll "boat your ass."
Warships allows players to compete against their friends and is fully cloud-save supported although the trailer is quick to note ships shouldn't really have anything to do with clouds adding: "Protip: boats can't fly."
Leviathan: Warships is set to take to the high seas on April 30th for PC, iOS, Mac and Android devices and is desribed as "no $60 game, this is cheaper than a real boat" in part because we're told they saved money on trailer voiceovers and put that money into development.
Remember guys, "ship just got real," you can watch the trailer below.
