CyberConnect2, the Japanese studio most known for developing Naruto games and the .hack RPG series, has three original games in development.
In a post over on their official Japanes site (via Siliconera), Hiroshi Matsuyama, president of CyberConnect 2, talked about the studio's plans for the year. While we already know Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle are gestating in the studio, Matsuyama also revealed that they have three original games in development, too.
Unfortunately, Matsuyama didn't give any other details to what the games will be or which platforms it will be on. So, it's a toss-up now whether we'll get a game like Asura's Wrath, or if these games will be mobile-based like Night Runner or Guilty Dragon.
CyberConnect2's upcoming game — Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate NInja Storm 3 — is scheduled to hit the PS3 and Xbox 360 in March; and will be published by Namco Bandai.
Any .hack fans expecting a spin-off or would you want CyberConnect2 to develop another game from scratch like Asura's Wrath?
