Splatoon 2: Food Truck Tickets Locations Guide | Fast XP & Cash

August 1, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Earn double XP or double cash with these handy tickets to Crusty Sean’s food truck in Splatoon 2. Here’s all the tickets we’ve found so far.

The hottest collectible in Splatoon 2 is the super-rare, ultra-valuable food truck tickets hidden throughout Octo Canyon. Instead of giving you resources to upgrade the Hero Shot or reveal hidden backstory, the food truck tickets are purely multiplayer bonuses, and they can double your XP or cash rewards.

It’s all about Crusty Sean, that fried shrimp in the colorful food truck parked in Inkopolis, between the shops and the local multiplayer lounge. The food truck tickets are by far the trickiest collectible to find in Splatoon 2, and they’re usually located in the hardest-to-find spots. There’s only a small amount in Octo Canyon, so don’t miss out on all the bonus tickets we’ve found (so far)!

Food Truck Tickets Locations Guide | Fast XP & Cash

[Work-in-Progress: We’re still looking for more hidden food truck tickets. Let us know if you found one we missed!]

Crusty Sean’s Food Truck is located smack-dab in the center of Inkopolis, right behind where you spawn every time you load up Splatoon 2. Talk to Crusty Sean, and you’ll be able to exchange food tickets for limited-time reward boosts.

There are four types of boosts — 50% cash, 100% cash, 50% XP, and 100% XP. Once you use a ticket, you’ll earn more multiplayer rewards after each battle until the effect wears off.

Tactical use of XP or cash food tickets can exponentially increase your rewards, and make leveling up super fast under the right circumstances. Check out where to find all the secret food tickets we’ve found so far with the following locations.

Area #1: Tentakeel Outpost

We haven’t found any food truck tickets in this location yet!

Area #2: Suction-Cup Lookout

  • Food Truck Ticket #1: Suction-Cup Lookout Overworld – Found in the Area 2 hub,  drop down from the Level 6 entrance onto the brick structure. There’s a metal platform sticking out the back with a crate. Blast the crates to reveal your first sticker.
  • Food Truck Ticket #2: Level 5: The Octopark ~ Stay on Your Grind ~ At the third checkpoint, hop onto the pair of grind rails and stick to the left side. Shoot through the obstacles to reach the high platform you can only reach from the rails in the back-left corner.

Area #3: Beaker’s Depot

  • Food Truck Ticket #3: Octoseeker Shakedown ~ A Midnight Stroll ~ Get on top of the Octoseeker in the square (small!) area with the floor that can’t be inked up. Once you climb on top of the Octoseeker, you should be able to break the small crate on the tall central pillar.
  • Food Truck Ticket #4: Level 14: Parking Garage ~ Drive to the Finish ~ Past the first two ink-activated bridge switches, you’ll reach a locked key vault. Circle around to the back and use the basic car to squid-jump onto the ink-proof blocks with the food ticket on top.
  • Food Truck Ticket #5: Level 15: Octoling Assault ~ Pump Track It Up! ~ From the spawn, go to the back-left corner Mini Zapfish. There are two crates near (and opposite) the zapfish. Smash them to reveal a food ticket.

Area #4: Slimeskin Garrison

  • Food Truck Ticket #6: Level 17: Octocommander Fortress ~ Child of the Battlefield ~ Drop down onto the secret platform behind the back of the first Octostamp DX encounter.
  • Food Truck Ticket #7: Level 18: Towering Heights ~ Climb and Slide ~ Look to the right and under the right-most Octosniper in the maze-like area with three snipers. There’s a hidden floor beneath the Octosniper tower with another very useful ticket.
  • Food Truck Ticket #8: Level 19: The Experimentorium ~ Floaty Fun ~ At the final checkpoint, ride one of the giant Squee-G bots to the center tower with the Octarian on the turret. Ride the launch pad to a special island filled with Flooders! Get on top of the flooders using the back wall, then reach the high platform to the right (from the launch pad) with a tiny crate.
  • Food Truck Ticket #9: Level 20: Propellerland ~ Rubber Parasoles ~ Found on the super-high platform between the two key path launch pads. Ride the propeller lift up to reach it.

Area #5: Cephalon HQ

  • Food Truck Ticket #10: The food truck ticket is on the raised un-inkable platform next to the Zapfish beneath the enemy spawn point. Drop down from the spawn level to get it.

And that’s all the food truck tickets we’ve found so far! These are the rarest of the rare collectibles, so if you’ve found one we missed, let us know!
