The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was both a critical and commercial success. Of course, that wasn't a surprise considering the fan support and love for its predecessor, Oblivion, but it was certainly nice to learn that Bethesda had delivered yet again.
The game's DLC however, wasn't quite so successful. Despite the game being out for almost a year, there have been only two DLCs so far; one in August and another about a month later that was riddled with bugs. And let's not even talk about PlayStation 3 fans and Skyrim, who have been getting the short end of the stick altogether as the game has plenty of bugs (particularly on PS3), and they haven't even seen a single DLC (and not much information beyond "delayed indefinitely")
Nevertheless, for those players who are able to receive and play DLC, Bethesda has teased the above image on their Twitter account. As we near Skyrim's one-year anniversary, Bethesda has promised us a "full trailer" to go along with the image on Monday, November 5th.
Most are expecting the DLC to be titled Dragonborn as they trademarked the name back in May and file information was found in the latest patch that suggested that DLC content like new armors, locations and maybe even the ability to mount dragons (it'd fit in with the Dragonborn title, right?) Whatever the DLC is, you can be sure we'll have it for you Monday.
