PlayStation Plus has been a godsend for PS3 users — especially for EU subscribers, but it seems the service's Japanese counterpart might be catching up to its Western brethren soon.
While PlayStation Plus U.S. and E.U. members have already gotten hits like Resident Evil 5, Borderlands 1, Deus EX: Human Revolution and other heavy-hitters, PlayStation Plus members for Japan has to contend with Sonic the Hedgehog, Minya no Golf and Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty, However, starting in November, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan will offer at least 11 new games to new PS+ members. New games will be added each month with a goal of 55 games within the year.
In line with the Sony's PSN relaunch, Sony Japan has added a PS Vita to the mix.

Not a bad start, no? Of course, it's still no match to what European PlayStation members have been getting the past few months, but the same can be said for U.S. PlayStation Plus members, too.
Makes me wonder if it's worth getting multiple PS+ memberships for different regions. If the disparity and difference in games continues, I guess paying a membership for each region might be worth it to some.
Are you a PS+ member? If so, which region is getting the best deal so far?
Thanks, Siliconera
