Warhammer: End Times – Vermindtide developer Fatshark has released a new trailer, or “action reel,” highlighting the game’s wood elf character, Kerillian.
In the trailer, you can see Kerillian go from slashing skaven enemies with her dual blades to quickly snapshotting them her bow and arrow in seamless action.
Vermintide is an upcoming first-person action RPG from Stockholm-based developer Fatshark. In it players can chose to play as one of five different classes/characters, such as the dwarf ranger, the bright wizard, and the witch hunter. Each of them has unique strengths, weaknesses, and fighting styles and they each have a role to play in the overarching narrative. Players will also be able to play through the game cooperatively with other people if they so choose.
Vermintide was also recently dated to be released on Oct. 23 for PC (check out the requirements at the link). You can pre-order the standard or collector’s edition on Steam, the latter of which comes with behind-the-scenes footage from the development of the game, the official soundtrack, and more. Fatshark also announced that an Xbox One and PlayStation 4 version will be released at a later date in 2015.
