Watch Dogs is taking its sweet time to make its debut. The open-world project coming out of Ubisoft was pushed out of 2013 to ensure the quality was up to the publisher’s high standards, and that extra time has helped the team pack the game with a great deal of interesting content. When asked about Watch Dogs’ length over Twitter, creative director Jonathan Morin gave an answer that hungry fans should appreciate.
“I would say the average player which does free roam a bit tends to reach the end within 35 to 40 hours,” he wrote. “But doing everything is close to 100 hours.”
Anyone looking to hack their way through the city on a PC can expect news on the hardware requirements in the very near future.
“As I said specs are still being finalized,” Morin continued. “Should be communicated officially soon.”
Watch Dogs will launch on current and next-generation consoles May 27.
