The next hotfix is coming to Destiny two weeks from now, dubbed hotfix 2.5.0.2, it will purportedly balance weapons keeping PvP in mind.
A live-stream will be taking place on Twitch at 10 AM PST where sandbox designers Josh Hamrick and Greg Peng will go through all the changes in hotfix 2.5.0.2.
What we know so far is that Bungie will be looking at examining excotics, buffing up primaries and hopefully not nerf shotguns. There should also be chatter about hand cannons regarding range and viability.
Also to keep on the cards is information about Destiny 2 or Activision’s earnings report, revealed on February 9th.
