The PlayStation Blog has announced that a demo for Gravity Rush 2 is set to release tomorrow, Dec. 22, on the PS4.
The demo will be available through the PlayStation Store and will allow players to try out how the game plays. Newcomers and veterans will get to see the new mechanics of the game while trying out two different paths out.
The blog post also goes on to mention that the anime companion for the game, Gravity Rush Overture has received a release date. The anime will debut on YouTube next week on Dec. 26 8:00 AM Pacific.
Gravity Rush Overture [The Animation], is an original production by famed anime studio Studio Khara that bridges the gap in the story that takes place between Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2. Check out the teaser below for a quick glimpse of what’s to come:
The original Gravity Rush released on Sony’s handheld device, the PS Vita, and had players loving its unique style and gameplay. The game was such a hit that the sequel made its way to the home console PS4.
After the slight delay, developer JAPAN Studio promises fans a free DLC story expansion which is slated for a March release; the DLC will focus on Kat’s friend, Raven.
Gravity Rush 2 releases on January 20 for PS4.
