bitComposer Games Announces Chaos Chronicles

August 13, 2012 by Lana Polansky

New top-down RPG coming from the developers of Jagged Alliance: Back in Action.

Publisher bitComposer Games have announced Chaos Chronicles in what is the first wave of what we can assume will be many forthcoming Gamescom announcements.

The top-down RPG developed by Coreplay has had some screenshots released to accompany it as well, although not much can be said about the screens save for a number of ogres and reanimated skeletons (perhaps some kind of wraith or lich.) There are also, for what it’s worth, broken wheelbarrows, pumpkins, and at least one bed.

It’s not much to go on, but it seems as though bitComposer was eager to tease a little bit of the game before we become inundated with the barrage of announcements the trade show is likely to bring.

What is known about the gameplay beside the genre, however, is that there’s room onscreen for up to five players at a time. But now that the announcement is out in the ether, we can expect more details to come possibly in the near future.
