The developers at Atlus are hard at work on Persona 5 now that they've more or less moved on from porting Persona 4 to the Vita.
In the latest issue of Famitsu, Atlus's Katsura Hashino says that the team is making a good amount of progress on the development of Persona 5 and has a concept illustrations to build the world and its characters upon.
The team has no deadline for the game's release, nor has the publisher made any official announcement about its development as it remains far too early in development for them to rev up the marketing engine for the game.
In addition to Persona 5, the developers are said to be working on a collaborative project, which Hashino hopes will "surprise everyone".
Persona 4 The Golden is set for release later this year on the Vita. Persona 4 Arena, a spinoff title for the series, is also available now for both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
