Earlier this summer Japan saw the launch of Dragon Ball Fusions, a Nintendo 3DS video game based off the popular manga and anime series, Dragon Ball. Today, publisher Bandai Namco has confirmed the release of the Dragon Ball Fusions video game within the west.
The video game was developed by Ganbarion, who had previously worked on other popular anime video game titles such a series of One Piece video games, One Piece: Unlimited World Red, One Piece: Unlimited Cruise, and One Piece: Unlimited Adventure.
This current video game release, Dragon Ball Fusions, will allow players to freely roam around the world set within the Dragon Ball universe while meeting new fighters and collecting items. However, the real center focus of Dragon Ball Fusions is the ability to fuse together two fighters in order to create a new unique fighter.
There’s a long list of available major and minor characters to choose from. Additionally, within the video game, two friends can take pictures and fuse them together in order to create their own Dragon Ball character.
While the video game has already released in Japan, gamers within the west can pick up the Dragon Ball Fusions for the Nintendo 3DS this December 13, 2016. In the meantime, take a look at the game trailer above along with the gallery down below.
