Activision’s Eric Hirshberg appeared the Jimmy Fallon show last night to promote Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The show has been notable for its promotion of videogames, notably helping to promote the likes of Tim Schafer’s Brutal Legend, and DICE’s Battlefield 3.
Jimmy Fallon spent some hands-on time in Black Ops 2, playing through the Singapore harbor map that was previously showcased at E3 2012 last week.
The game’s appearance on the Jimmy Fallon show marks the first time the game has been shown to a live audience.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is set for release on November 13 this year for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It has also been confirmed for release on the Nintendo Wii U, and a standalone title is currently in the works for the PlayStation Vita.
