The story of Blossom Tales takes place in a world as described by an old storyteller to his grandchildren. He tells them a tale of Lily, who sets out to become a Knight of the Rose. She comes to find that an evil wizard known as Crocus has forced the King into a cursed eternal sleep.
The game is much like the old school Legend of Zelda titles back in the SNES days of gaming, but with more of a folklore twist to it. In order to keep up with modern gameplay design, this RPG is more action based in their offering. Lily and her brother will occasionally suggest things for their Grandfather to add to the story, having a direct reflection on what you see in the game. Blossom Tales is set to have memorable quests and characters, mixed with the pixel visual style and classic video game music beeps and boops you fondly remember. Four different dungeons scattered across an overworld, full of items to collect and baddies to smash as the story unfolds.
