Master Chief can be seen gracing the latest cover of the official Xbox 360: The Official Magazine in the UK. Better known as OXM, it's not too surprising that the mag managed to get the scoop on the game.
We've been informed that the magazine contains no new or exclusive information about the game that hasn't previously been mentioned in interviews and videos released by the game's developer 343 Industries.
However, the weapon that the Master Chief wields is neither a grenade launcher nor a Spartan laser, and bears the mixed aesthetics of UNSC and Forerunner technology. We can only assume then that the weapon will be something completely new to the series.
