The game being shown in the video above is a basic shooting game. However, it has the added twist of using Kinect to track your tongue movements so that you can play the game with your tongue. Crazy right? WRONG! This game is actually being developed for practical uses, to aid those who have disorders that affect oral motor function. The game seems as if it will act as a type of physical therapy.
This type of software can have other applications like giving people without arms or without the use of their arms the ability to play video games. Personally I want something like Skyrim to come with tongue capability. Make it happen Bethesda/Zenimax!
