RE: Operation Raccoon City Offers Nemesis Mode Exclusive to X360

March 5, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

Xbox 360 players will get a multiplayer mode exclusive to the platform in the upcoming Resident Evil game.

Capcom has released a new video of Slant Six Games' upcoming take on the Resident Evil franchise. The new trailer shows off the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City's "Nemesis Mode" in multiplayer.

Players are tasked to find a program that allows them to gain control of a Nemesis Control Unit for use in multiplayer against the enemy team. The Nemesis is armed with a minigun and is described as the "key to victory" for the team possessing it. According to the trailer, Nemesis Mode is exclusive to the Xbox 360. There's no telling whether the Playstation 3 will get any exclusive multiplayer modes of its own.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is set for a March 20 release this year on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
