Multimedia creators Jeriaska and Yoshi Miyamoto have set up a one-week Kickstarter project that brings together music by twelve game-inspired artists, in the form of two packs: the Vocal Pack, and the Instrumental Pack. The Vocal Pack comes in 8 albums and 92 digital tracks, while the Instrumental is made up of 10 albums and 150 tracks.
The project features music from the composers of Final Fantasy XIII, Plants vs. Zombies, PixelJunk SideSCroller, Sound Shapes, Bit Pilot, Machinarium, ilomilo, Super Meat Boy, Kometen and NightSky, together with tracks by game-inspired artists SEXY-SYNTHESIZER (Touch My Katamari), Mega Ran (Black Materia) and K-Murdock (Hero Muzik).
It's a whole lot of music, and they're asking for very little to turn this into a reality.
I've already given them my money.
