There are plenty of subscription services out there for gamers. Included in that collection is PlayStation Plus. If you’re gaming on the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 platform, then it’s pretty much a must to own this subscription service. It grants you access to features like online multiplayer. Likewise, Sony kicks over a few games for you to enjoy each month.
Each month, there are a few games offered to PlayStation Plus subscribers. With that said, there are three tiers for PlayStation Plus, but even the entry tier, Essential, is given access to the monthly games offering. We knew last month what games were coming our way this month, and today, those titles are finally unlocked for you to enjoy.
If you missed the announcement from last month, we’ll list the new games being added to the subscribers accounts below.
PlayStation Plus September Monthly Games
- Little Nightmares 2 (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5)
- MLB The Show 24 (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5)
- Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5)
That should hopefully give you enough content to enjoy this month or at least tie you over until that next major release on your radar arrives. Regardless, it does look to offer a good range of different games for your enjoyment. Best of all, they are completely free to enjoy just as long as you keep an active subscription.
Meanwhile, those on Xbox Series X/S consoles just found out what games were coming to the Xbox Game Pass subscription this month. While the monthly games don’t offer as wide a range as Game Pass, there is the PlayStation Game Catalog if you’re on one of the higher tiers of PlayStation Plus. This service is similar to Xbox Game Pass as it offers a wider range of video game titles to enjoy, all while tied to your PlayStation Plus subscription, just as long as you upgrade from Essential.
