Assassin’s Creed Mirage Official Release Times Confirmed

October 3, 2023 by Dennis Patrick

Here’s when you can play the new Assassin’s Creed game.

The Assassin’s Creed game franchise is long-running; over the years, we’ve seen it thrive with thrilling new installments. With the franchise set to receive a new game this month, those counting down the days can now find out when exactly the title will be available. Today, the team over at Ubisoft has unveiled the official release times for Assassin’s Creed Mirage across the globe. Get ready to dive into another adventure, this time taking on the role of Basim.

Taking to X today, Ubisoft unveiled on the official Assassin’s Creed Twitter account a graphic showing off exactly when Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available in your market. You can view the image above. Essentially, it breaks the releases down into two phases. Players can view just when Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available on the PC platform along with the console release. You’ll find the game available a bit earlier on the PC. However, you will want to note that this is only for Ubisoft Connect, as the title will be available at 16:00 UTC through the Epic Games Store.

We don’t have a long wait before we can get our hands on Assassin’s Creed Mirage. However, if you haven’t been keeping tabs on the game, we can help catch you up. First off, this game can be enjoyed as a standalone experience. You don’t have to play any of the past game installments released. Of course, a video release from Ubisoft will help showcase where this game is set in the Assassin’s Creed timeline. But again, you don’t have to play any of those older game releases.

In this installment, we’re following a man named Basim Ibn Ishaq. We met Basim in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. But with this installment, we’re going further back into Basim’s life as he starts off as a common street thief in 9th-century Baghdad. Eventually, Basim will become a member of the Assassin Brotherhood, where he will help fight back against the Templar Order. With that said, this game will be moving back to its franchise roots, so you can expect a smaller condensed experience than some of the more recent releases.

Ubisoft even released a video to help showcase a few tips on how to be stealthy in this upcoming game, and you can view that video right here. For now, we have to wait just a couple more days as Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available on October 5, 2023. When the game is released, you’ll find it available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms.
