EA and Bioware's customer support has been under a lot of pressure by the press lately, for their seeming inability to provide solutions to the simplest problems. Despite the humor that often comes out from these mishaps, many players are left with little recourse but to complain about their issues on reddit, twitter, and elsewhere, especially when no one on the CS side of the company seems to care.
Bioware's service representatives appear to have taken the poor service all the way to the next level by issuing a permanent suspension for a user who jokingly used the meme: "I am 12 and what is this," seemingly unaware that the words he or she had typed out were merely in jest. In other words, a user on the TOR forum was banned for using a meme.
