The second Sony Vote to Play event has concluded and it’s clear, Sony PlayStation Plus members want Free Live’s run-and-gun video game, Broforce as one of the free video game titles for the month of March. As for the runner-ups Action Henk and Assault Android Cactus, they’ll be given a 30% discount for PlayStation Plus members to purchase this coming month starting on March 8, 2016, and lasting until March 21, 2016.
As mentioned, Sony held their second Vote to Play event which offered PlayStation Plus members a poll to vote for a video game they wish to receive as part of the free video games offered each month through PlayStation Plus, in this case the vote was between Broforce, Action Henk, and Assault Android Cactus. The polls have since closed and Sony has announced on official PlayStation Blog the winner, developers Free Live’s Broforce. This is the action-filled run-and-gun video game title that stars a wide range of parody characters from blockbuster films between the 1980s and 1990s. So far, Broforce is the only title announced for PlayStation Plus members this coming month though as mentioned, the two losing titles from the Vote to Play event polls will be available for a discounted price.
We expect the announcement for the remaining PlayStation Plus video games for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita will be announced in the coming days, but for now, we want to know, if you were a PlayStation Plus member, did you take part of the Vote to Play event? If so, what video game did you vote for? Let us know by leaving a comment down below.
