As The Division beta winds down, Ubisoft gives players a final fun and dangerous mission.
Yesterday’s Cleaners clean out mission was a huge success, with 11.8 million of the Cleaners’ leaders getting their clock cleaned. Player josechutorechu earned distinction for taking out 82 of the leaders on his own. While he gets a unique reward, all the agents who did their job are getting not just one, but several Dark Zone keys.
The Cleaners have been routed, and now the agents are operating deeply within the Dark Zones. These same Dark Zones happen to have equipment from the government that various factions like the Cleaners have reappropriated for their purposes, and now the government has an opportunity to reclaim it all. For the final mission, the agents are tasked with retaking equipment in the Dark Zones, and safely extracting them.
Now, here’s where it can get itchy. It’s one thing to deal with the scavengers who stole government equipment. It’s another to deal with the constant worry that your fellow agents will go rogue on you, salivating at the prospect of more equipment for themselves. Finally, the last day of the beta will test agents on their convictions.
Tom Clancy’s The Division will be released on March 8, 2016, on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. You can catch up on days one, two, and three of the beta. Check out the final video below.
