Thanks to a promotion going on right now called the Make War Not Love 3 event, gamers can get in on some Sega classics completely free through Steam. However, if you want in on the goods then you’ll want to hurry as there’s no indication just when the Sega filled bundle will be taken down as a free promotional item to a paid individual titles. Furthermore, the next bundle is already advertised showcasing three more classic Sega titles and all you have to do is wait for the bundle to unlock when the timer ends tomorrow.
As mentioned, this is an annual promotional event called Make War Not Love. A Steam campaign has players choose between three war-based video games which in this case includes Company of Heroes II, Total War Attila, and Dawn of War II. As players choose their faction (game), they must win matches to increase the video games rank over the competition. Whichever title comes out on top will ultimately grant players with free downloadable content for their respective game.
This event will last until February 20, 2016, and to help promote the event, Sega has offered two bundles of its video games completely for free. Right now gamers can go on Steam and download Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, and Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit including all of its DLC. However, if gamers also log in tomorrow then another bundle will become available for download which includes Streets of Rage II, Binary Domain, and Condemned Criminal Origins.
Additionally, the three war titles, Company of Heroes II, Total War Attila, and Dawn of War II is marked down 75%, while at the time of writing this, Dawn of War II is coming out on top of the event.
